Morphology Media is an independent London-based production company specialising in factual storytelling for broadcasters, cultural organisations, educational institutions and brands. We create documentaries, branded films and digital content that connect with audiences through thoughtful storytelling, strong direction and high production values.
Founded by multilingual director and producer Morgan Phillips, Morphology Media combines the creative vision and editorial judgement of an experienced filmmaker with the flexibility of a trusted network of freelance specialists. Every project is led personally by Morgan, who works closely with clients from the earliest conversations through to final delivery — bringing together the right directors of photography, camera operators, editors, sound recordists, animators and designers for each production. This means every project gets a team suited to its scale and budget, while staying agile and free of unnecessary overheads.
Morgan has delivered productions across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the Americas for broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, ABC Australia and National Geographic (US), as well as for museums, cultural organisations and digital platforms. Working across both broadcast and digital, she leads productions ranging from large television projects to agile, lean-budget commissions, combining ambition with meticulous production management to deliver films on time and within budget.
From development and budgeting to international logistics, directing on location, self-shooting where appropriate, post-production and delivery, Morgan oversees every stage of the process. Whether filming overseas or producing content with limited resources, she brings clarity, adaptability and careful planning to every project, ensuring productions run smoothly without compromising quality.
